On stage apart since the '80s, Paolo Verdelli teamed up
with the most important Blues and Rock musicans in Lombardy and not only, such
as Fabio Treves, Jerry Portnoy (harmonicist of Eric Clapton in “From The Cradel), Gene Taylor
(pianist of “Canned Head”), James Harman (Harmonicist of “The Blasters” e “Fabulous Thunderbird”
“ZZ Top nell’ LP Mescalero”), Mauro Palermo (guitarist of Vasco Rossi, De Gregari, Zucchero, Baccini…),
and with more other Italian beat Icons from the '60s.
Paul and his “Rebels” managed to mix and fuse different incursions and arrangements from
the origin/father of all the modern musical genres. The result is a pleasant and
enjoyable show, which is rhytmical but never deafening, with two voices and
two guitars; a virtual voyage from the big of Blues (Robert Johnson, Big Bill
Broonzy...) passing throught the faboulous 60s (Beatles, Rolling stones, F.King, Van Morrison,
CCR) landing to the 80s with J.Cash, Eagles, U2, AC DC, Dire Straits and many other.
Paul collaborate with other valuable musicians to add a bit of
rhythm with contrabass and drums (for electric or acoustic session).
